2023 Election Update

In accordance with the Rules of Election, candidates were required to receive at least 60 Nominating Petitions from eligible voters by 12 p.m. on September 12, 2023. Only one candidate, Bonnie T. Kennedy, received the required number of Nominating Petitions by the close of the nomination period. As such, this Notice of No Contest shall suspend the procedure set forth for the casting of ballots.
