Trustee Election Results

An election was held to elect from September 30, 2024 through October 16, 2024 for one Trustee of the Retirement Board for a four-year term beginning December 1, 2024.

The Retirement Board is comprised of the following seven members: Four elected active employee Trustees serving staggered four-year terms; Two Trustees appointed by the District’s Board of Commissioners serving three-year terms; and One retired member Trustee recommended by the Board of Commissioners and approved by the Board of Trustees, serving a three-year term.

Each year, one elected employee trustee seat expires and is up for election. Annual election notices are distributed to active members each August. Interested members may contact the Retirement Fund to learn about the role of the Retirement Board and its Trustees.
