Private Credit RFP 

The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fund (Fund) is requesting proposals from investment management firms (Investment Manager) interested in providing Private Credit products (Mandates) with a US-focused geographic target exposure.  The size of the Mandates in aggregate is expected to represent 3%-5% of Fund assets or approximately $40 million - $70 million.

Recent RFPs

 

Actuarial Services RFP 

The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fund (Fund) has entered into a five-year contract with Foster-Foster for actuarial services. An RFP was issued in July 2022. Responses were due on August 19, 2022. At the November 30, 2022 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board directed staff to enter into contract negotiations with Foster-Foster. Negotiations were successful and an agreement was signed in December 2022.

 

SharePoint - Intranet Development and Content and Document Migration Request for Proposal

On October 31, 2022, the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fund (Fund) entered into a contract with MXOTech (now NTiva) for SharePoint Intranet Development and Content and Document Migration.

 

International Equity

On August 4, 2021, The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fund (Fund) requested proposals from investment management firms (Investment Manager) interested in providing actively managed International Developed Countries Equity Large Cap products (Mandate).  The Board of Trustees (Board) solicited firms to provide the services for the $50 million - $100 million Mandate. 

 

PAS Replacement

On June 28, 2021, the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fund (Fund) requested proposals from Pension Administration System developers interested in engaging in the Fund's Pension Administration Replacement Project. Responses were due October 8, 2021. Responses were received from three vendors. On February 23, 2022, the Board approved staff to negotiate a contract with Levi, Ray & Shoup. That contract was finalized on June 13, 2022. The PAS Replacement project has been formally named Project Ascent. The project began December 14, 2022.
